Pitstop points?

I put that Seb will stop on the 20th lap. He was stoped on 22th lap. Now in "statistics" there are no real stops. Why?

Sorry but seb was stoped at 22th lap, in statistics - 1 lap.
Seb has 2 pits at that site, but he was stoped only on 22 lap. (sorry for my eng).

I see your point but official source states that there are two stops for Vettel as the first one is in first lap.
Maybe because of the incident at the start of the race they drove through the pit and the sensors detected this as pit stop.
Its the second time we face same issue but since official source states this we can not changed.

Same pit stop report was published at https://www.formula1.com, but I also can't find video to prove it :(
