I'm not quite sure what you are asking, but my guess would be yes. You can sell Lewis at any time from now to 2 hours before Practice1. So that is plenty of time. In that same period you can of course buy another driver to replace him. Same as usual.
I don't think Lewis will automatically be replaced without you doing anything, So if you leave Lewis in your team, you will receive no points for him in the coming weekend. The rest of your team will get the points according to their results.
The replacement driver for Lewis will probably be added after the announcement and will most likely be available to buy for your team if you want.
That last part is of course the biggest questionmark, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens and maybe discuss any options here in the forum...
