Aren't the real stops incorrect?

Hi,
As pitstop information we use the official documents like https://www.fia.com/sites/default/files/2021_03_por_f1_r0_timing_racepitstopsummary_v01.pdf
We realize that when driver just pass through the pitlate it's not actual pitstop but to be fair for every one we are aligned to the official source.

Most drivers state their first stop was on lap 2, and the second on lap 3. This is clearly a mistake on the official source, surely the game should reflect reality.

I think this information rely on the automatic detection when driver cross the pit entry and after that pit exit.
You can see from the document there are even time in the pit recorded.

But it was not a pit stop, no one stopped it was due to a accident on the straight, you state being fair, how is it fair to those who had it close or right?
I would think what your doing us more unfair than fair. If they were allowed to stop I would understand, but this us wrong.

The official web site f1.com also states the same as FIA https://www.formula1.com/en/results.html/2021/races/1066/portugal/pit-stop-summary.html
The only way we can ensure that our data is correct is to verify it against official sources. If they decided to not count these as pitstop this will be changed in the game as well, but until then we will follow this procedure.
