The drivers only cross the pit lane behind safety car.
Imposible stop twenty cars in lap 2.
Please review the results of pit stop.
There are one pit stop less for all of drivers.
Thank you.

Well Verstapens for example first pit stop is recorded as on lap 25 not the lap 2 drive thru safety car.
This is plain wrong need to fix this please regardless of the FIA I am talking about whats right for the game .

Pit stop is the term used in motor racing to refer to the stop that a vehicle makes during competition to refuel, change tires, make repairs or mechanical adjustments or change the driver. The pit lane is the paved track that connects the circuit with the pit stop, and which normally runs parallel to the final and initial stretch of the circuit.
This is the definition..., and there is no stop on lap 2.
F1 technology means that when the car passes through the pit lane line, it counts that it has passed there, but not that it has stopped. I think that in these specific and strange situations of the race the game should only adjust to the stops to change some element of the car.
Please review and thanks for the game.
I totally agree with Red Roo Racing.

You are both right and what you are saying make sense but the game in general is made to rely on official information and results so to be more independent on me.
If I change the results that will mean that from now on I need to go and validate every pitstop myself from recordings which is time consuming.
I prefer to keep it simple as possible - results same as official results.
Thanks for providing your feedback but to be able to sort this out in the future I need to find a smarter way to distinguish the fake stops from the other and make it clear what is what.
I will use this Grand Prix to run some tests with the goal to keep the official results and the same time rewrite real stop numbers but I'm not able to do this changes with affect on the last race.
Thanks for understanding.

After some work considering your feedback, I'm able to provide a solution for the upcoming season 2024.
The system will basically auto detect if any stop is real or not and based on that will recalculate the real stop numbers.
For better visualization in the pit stop results I have added a separation per lap so we can easily see what is real pit and what is just pit crossing.
Please take a look at the example with Austrian Grand Prix 2023, where you can see really some special cases Austrian Grand Prix - Pitstop Results
If you look at the lap 1 you can see Magnussen and Tsunoda doing real stops, then on the next lap all drivers are just crossing except Magnussen who is stopping again
However I think it should work as developed now, but if you notice something please let me know.
