Optimal strategy for race fees?  I have never played with these kind of rules before but it seems like there are two strategies. 1) max out your budget with the best team possible and then switch team drivers to have enough money for race number 2. 2) get a mediocre team so that you have enough budget to last most or many races. 

The difficulty I see is that there isn't a lot of turnover in formula 1. There are DNFs here and there but for the top 10 or so drivers the trend will be an increase to their value. Even if the driver gets a DNF then they still get value from practice and qualifying so their value wont go down by much or even still go up. 

If I take strategy 1, I will constantly have to downgrade my drivers all season to pay for race fees or sit out of races and will still have to downgrade when I decide to enter a race.. Where is the fun in sitting out of a race, cause that defeats the point of playing fantasy in the first place.
