Sebastian Vettel with Scuderia Ferrari set the best time in the first free practice session for the Grand Prix of Belgium, 13th round of the World Championship in Formula 1. Second early this morning at  "Spa Francorchamps"  remained Max Verstappen with Red Bull Racing . Third time set  Lewis Hamilton with Mercedes AMG.
